In order for you to buy at our auction, you must be registered. For first time buyers, you will be asked to complete a bidder’s registration form which only takes a few minutes to fill in, you will then be given a bidder’s number and catalogue which is unique to that sale.
Deposit - Truck & Trailer, Van & Car Auctions
A cash/or*credit card deposit of £1000 or 10% (whichever is greater) per vehicle and some form of photographic identification will be required on the fall of the hammer or the taking of a provisional bid from buyers unknown to the auctioneer. (*All credit card transactions will have a further 3% plus VAT charge to the total figure)
Registration at our accounts office with £2,000 deposit and passport id is required before the start of each auction.
Registration with £500 deposit and some form of photographic identification is required before the start of each auction.
Please note that the deposit is fully refundable if you do not purchase anything.
The settlement value = ( Sale price plus *buyers premium plus VAT less any deposit taken ) and is payable by either:Cash Debit card Credit card (subject to a 3% handling charge) Bank Transfer (Please call for our bank details)Cheques - CVA no longer accept payment by cheque
