Inspection & Appraisal services are available for all vendors selling through Commercial Vehicle Auctions.

CVA use the latest hand held technology with wireless connectivity for inspections
This enables accurate and swift transfer of vehicle data back to the CVA auction system.
Appraisals are then transferred to our customers, using web-based technology and email.

The vehicle inspection software is built and supplied by our auction system provider. This also links to our Vendor Inventory Management System to enable vendors to view appraisals online in real time and manage their auction stock remotely through our IMS System.

Appraisals include the condition of the vehicle or item of plant, and any auctioneers valuation and the CAP figure for the vehicle.

Photographs of the vehicle and any damage can also be attached to the appraisal enabling the vendor to cost reconditioning prices accordingly.

This maximises the information available to the vendor when setting residual values.
